Security Details

*Most customers ask us to hold keys. Please note when keys not in use they are locked securely away without any distinguishing labels. Keys will be returned to customer immediately upon request. We are fully insured for loss of keys.

If your dog requires veterinary treatment during our visit we will with permission take them to your vets wherever possible.

*Paws & More accepts no responsibility for loss or theft of your dog when off lead. Paws & more will always assess the risks and take appropriate steps to ensure safety.

Paws & More are an all weather service where possible. We reserve the right to halt the outside walks in extreme temperatures or conditions where we feel the health of the dog may be compromised. We will spend the allotted time doing other activities with your dog. Your dog will have access to water throughout the walk and will be left calm and comfortable at the end of the visit.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel the service at any time please let us know if we can do anything to change your mind. If you are in any way dissatisfied with our service please let us know and give us a chance to improve our service to you. If you need to cancel a walk please let us know as soon as possible and note that a cancellation fee may be applied. All cancellations will be dealt with on a case by case basis, the more notice we receive the better. If you need any extra services then please ask as we pride ourselves on our personal service to our valued customers.
*Please note walks on public holidays will be charged at a higher rate.
